Duckbill valve

ZORGE offers solutions in custom specified and custom designed silicone duckbill valves. Usually the slit or opening is made with die-cutting after the moulding process. Thanks to material and processing characteristics, LIM offers the possibility to produce the slit during the moulding process (in-mould slitting). This offers much more accuracy and stability in switching and opening behaviour of the valve and prevents tearing out of the opening.
